Craigs Investment Partners is one of New Zealand's largest investment advisory firms, with 650 staff servicing more than 60,000 clients. From its humble beginnings in Whakatāne in 1984, Craigs has grown to operate 19 branches throughout New Zealand. With Head Office space at a premium, this $70m development at 2 Devonport Road was a landmark project for the Tauranga CBD—and Brevity was delighted to play its part.

Tauranga residents watched with interest as the former Westpac building was entirely deconstructed to make way for this new vision. CBC Construction managed the significant demolition phase before beginning the new build. The seven-story structure, designed by Wingate Architects, was built to make a statement in both size and style, featuring ground-floor retail and hospitality alongside premium office space.
Interior Seismic Engineering
Brevity was engaged by the team at Veros Project Managers for the interior seismic engineering of this impressive build. Our goal was to provide best-in-class design for the complex interior elements required in a modern, multi-story commercial office.
