Looking to the Future: It's Time to Act

Whilst lockdown is changing business as we know it, we can and should anticipate a significant uplift in work once our community has made progress on the Covid-19 situation. With that said, the right time to focus on improving our systems and processes is NOW and we want to help our clients do the same. Here's how; - We've found great improvement by utilising online dashboards that can help users to better observe, understand and make better decisions on their portfolios. These dashboards are great at combating those existing processes that slow you up, but have always been pushed off the 'to-do' list. - Review and updates of Health and Safety documents and procedures are an easy win when external work slows. It can be a great time to study compliance requirements, there are always efficiencies to be found. BVT can assist with desktop studies here. - We will be focusing on improving construction detail and design efficiencies for when we're all back to capacity. This will also include utilising 3D scanning technology and photography, so as to eliminate the frequency and amount of time spent on site. This could also be a critical tool in the upcoming weeks to allow asset owners business continuity.
