Craigs Investment Partners is one of New Zealand’s largest investment advisory firms, with 650 staff servicing more than 60,000 clients. With humble beginnings in Whakatane in 1984, Craigs now operates 19 branches throughout New Zealand with over 180 Investment Advisers. With Head Office space at a premium, a $70m project is underway to develop a new site at 2 Devonport Road, Tauranga – and BVT is delighted to have a part to play!
Tauranga residents have watched with interest as the former Westpac building has been entirely deconstructed. CBC Construction have completed the demolition phase and are preparing to start the new build. The seven-story build designed by Wingate Architects will make a statement in size and style and will include ground floor retail and hospitality in addition to the office space.
Thanks to Alexandrine Montgomery and the team Veros Project Managers for engaging BVT for the interior seismic engineering of this impressive build. We love our work and can’t wait to provide best-in-class design for the interiors. Having worked closely with Veros in the past, we know they are a fantastic team of professionals, and our partnership approach will serve us well.
