It’s not everyday you find an office space being converted into a pet hospital!
Project: Hereford Vets
Client: Love and Co
Contractor and Landlord: Tawera Group
Location: Freeman’s Bay, Auckland
Date: 2022
Category: Commercial
The fifth story of a business block in Freeman’s Bay is undergoing a radical transformation from open plan office to high tech veterinary specialist hospital. The new fit out has been designed by architectural firm Paul Brown and Associates, with Love and Co managing the construction project.
Brevity has been engaged to provide seismic designs for the suspended ceilings and partitions, as well as the mechanical and hydraulic services. The interior fit out includes four operating theatres and a number of consulting rooms. The purpose designed operating lights suspended from the ceiling have added an extra challenge for the team.
We are looking forward to the build getting underway, and watching progress as we provide construction monitoring services for the project.
